Who We Are
IOHS is an international school offering programs for high schoolers, including adult education. Students can make up credits from their current school, work ahead, or earn an official high school diploma. Founded in 2010 by award-winning educator Dr. LaTatia Stroud, IOHS provides a diverse, low-cost, and fully supported program.
Courses are taught by licensed educators from around the world, including university professors. Since 2010, over 6,700 students have completed classes, many of whom have been awarded the Gates Scholarship to attend top colleges and universities abroad. IOHS also offers adjustable pacing, as well as accommodations and modifications for students with disabilities.

For The Future?
IOHS is a private school operating under the same legal framework as homeschool education and is exempt from accreditation, consistent with U.S. law. Homeschools and private schools in the United States are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and state education authorities. Colleges, universities, and the U.S. military may not discriminate based on homeschool or private-school status, and admissions criteria are applied uniformly to all applicants. IOHS graduates are eligible to apply to higher education and military service under the same standards as all students.
